Refunds

An HD poster (3600 × 4800 px, ready to print at 30 × 40 cm and larger) costs 29 SAR. A gift pack of three costs 55 SAR. You pay once through Moyasar; there is no subscription. Your file is made and downloads right after payment, and you can download the same poster again for free.

If your file did not download, or it is not what we described, write to us within 7 days with your order number (it is in the address of the download page) or the date and amount you paid. We refund you in full, or remake the file if you prefer.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with: mada within 1–3 business days, credit cards within 7–14 business days.

The poster on screen is exactly what the HD file will look like, so you can check every detail before you buy.
